Your Impact as Deputy Headteacher

As Deputy Headteacher you will:

Lead Inclusive Education -Shape our SEND provision to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.

Drive Positive Behaviour -Lead our whole-school behaviour approach, creating a culture of fairness, safety, and respect.

Elevate Teaching Standards -Mentor staff and embed evidence-based strategies that raise achievement across all phases.

Champion Vulnerable Learners -Narrow gaps and create opportunity for our Pupil Premium, SEND, and EAL students.

Partner with the Headteacher -Co-lead strategic direction and deputise for the Headteacher when required.
