This role requires someone who is dynamic, challenging, and has practical experience working with SEMH students. As a successful candidate, you will help to develop staff, build strong teams, and drive the school forward.

In addition to the above, you will ideally have:

  • A passion for working with young people with SEMH needs

What the school offers its staff

You will be part of:

  • An exciting and innovative development of a Primary and Secondary learning community
