We are seeking to increase the capacity of our Senior Leadership Team by appointing an additional dynamic Deputy Headteacher to play a key role in the Senior Leadership Team working closely with the Headteacher to ensure that every young person, regardless of their starting point, or background receives a high quality education, including first class care, guidance and support. The post holder will be able to demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment on delivering whole school initiatives and be able to motivate and effectively line manage staff. The post holder will have responsibility for Personal Development & Culture. A strategic vision for developing school culture, excellent behaviour management skills, resilience, and strong organisational skills are essential for this role.
