What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher within our all-through academy to lead the primary phase and have responsibility for key areas across the whole school.
Within the Senior Leadership Team and working alongside the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher (Secondary) and Assistant Headteachers across all phases; you will support leading the journey of the school.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to lead the primary phase within an all through context and develop experience and expertise for Headship.
You will find supportive collaboration through the trust’s primary team including our Headteachers across our 5 primaries and 2 all-through schools, Primary School Improvement Lead and Trust Director of Primary.
Armfield isn’t our only all-through school, so you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Deputy Headteacher (Primary) at Unity Academy too.
