What skills and experience we're looking for
We would like to appoint an exceptional teacher with a proven track record of outstanding classroom practice across the key stages (including Early Years) and someone that will champion our core values across the school community. We are seeking an ambitious and energetic professional with experience of leading teams, monitoring teaching and learning across the school, as well as having experience of successfully leading improvement and raising standards. The role will also involve a regular part-time teaching commitment.
Although the position is for a Deputy in the primary phase of the school, you will be expected to work alongside our secondary colleagues and embrace the opportunities that being part of an all-though school brings. In addition to this, you will work alongside colleagues across the Chelmsford Learning Partnership to improve outcomes for all students across our 8 trust schools.If you are a dynamic and inspirational leader with the capacity to grow and develop in the role, if you have initiative, enthusiasm, a have sound understanding and interest in pedagogy and research across all phases of the primary school, as well as the ambition to play a major role in the leadership and management of our school then we would love to hear from you.

The Beaulieu Park School is Essex’s first ‘All Through’ school and the primary phase opens for reception students in September 2018 with the secondary phase opening in September 2019. The Beaulieu Park School will welcome its first cohort of 60 reception aged children in two classes. In September 2019, 180 Year 7 students will be admitted. Year on year the school will grow, providing 420 places for local children between four and eleven years old by 2024 and 900 places for local children between 11 and 16 years old by 2023.
