If these questions appeal to you, then please read on.

Our current long-standing- and outstanding-Deputy Headteacher is taking a well-earned rest and as such we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, professional and aspiring Deputy Headteacher. We believe this enables children to develop the necessary skills, knowledge and resilience to equip them for life.

You will play a crucial role in the leadership and management of our school. You will collaborate with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership team to secure the highest standards of education.

We are looking for a professional with high-quality educational experience who:

  • Inspires and supports colleagues to achieve their potential
  • Has an excellent work ethic, can work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst also recognising the importance of staff wellbeing
  • Provides up to date knowledge and expertise in the primary classroom
  • Values, promotes, demonstrates and celebrates our PROUD values in all that they do

As Deputy Headteacher, you will undertake a range of organisational and supervisory duties and discharge routine leadership functions including the line management of others within the school. You will safeguard, promote and maintain the safety and wellbeing of pupils and staff at all times. You will be a Behaviour Lead as well as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
