As a Deputy Head in charge of Quality of Education, the responsibilities placed on you will be significant, but so will the rewards. There have been considerable advancements made in Quality of Education at Ellesmere over the last 3 years, and the school is now at a point where it is poised to become truly excellent. Our SLT is collegiate, friendly and above all else, has a shared drive and determination to make our children’s futures better.

We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who is driven, thoughtful, able to take and act on advice, can draw people together behind a common vision and who will conscientiously work to improve things for our children.
