Deputy Headteacher job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our school for a new Deputy Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership team to strategically develop, support and direct areas in all Teaching and Learning, whole-school curriculum, staff development, recruitment, and performance management.
The successful candidate will be a highly committed individual, who works well under pressure and to tight timescales. We are looking for a person able to step-up to whole-school leadership and demonstrate successful impact of their role across the school, reporting regularly to governors. They will help the school sustain high standards of achievement and personal development for all pupils and staff.
The profession requires resilience, hard work, adaptability and a sense of humour. If you are someone who has strong values, appropriate experience, and who is passionate about putting pupils at the centre of all we do, from creating an engaging, positive, welcoming environment to exploring cutting edge pedagogy then we look forward to hearing from you.
