The successful candidate will lead on Progress and Curriculum in our thriving, great 11-18 school in Loughton Essex. In the summer of 2022, we were delighted with our students' outcomes. The school maintained results significantly above both Essex and national averages, including English, Maths and Science. Our sixth form continues to move from strength to strength, celebrating outstanding post 16 success and the majority of students achieving first choice places at top universities or taking up opportunities on degree apprenticeships.

We are looking for that inspirational leader who :● can support the Headteacher in the unrelenting drive for continuous school improvement● is a great communicator and proven effective leader, with a passion and motivation for high standards for all● has a proven track record of supporting students to raise attainment and improve levels of progress, with the effective use of data and is able to evidence successful implementation of change● will work with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership team and CLP Trust with a commitment to supporting our students to achieve and be enriched by the opportunities available● is passionate about Teaching and Learning and embraces the rigour of our ACED framework● thinks creatively and can inspire others to achieve highlyThe successful candidate will have current experience of a senior strategic role within a Senior Leadership Team.
