We are looking for senior leader to join our Trust as Deputy Headteacher (Safeguarding &Behaviour) at Falmouth School. The Roseland Multi-Academy Trust consists of three secondary schools, two primary schools and OneCornwall Teaching School Hub (East). We are looking for candidates who embody a culture of outstanding practice and have experience of successfully leading change for improvement that has positively impacted on students’ outcomes, behaviour and engagement in their learning. You will determine the strategic development of practices linked to positive learning systems. These systems will support and strengthen pastoral care and quality of education and positively impact on students’ engagement, their success and happiness that will be reflected in their outcomes.
The ability to model best practice, lead with impact and maintain and further deepen stakeholder confidence is essential. Astute deployment of in-house interventions, proactive remedies or deployment of services and support, through the collaboration with external agencies and other teams across the Trust to ensure consistent high standards and considered approaches is necessary.
The development and embedding of restorative practice approaches across all stakeholders is essential as is the development of middle leaders in quality assuring Behaviour & Attitudes in their areas impactfully, leading it with responsibility.
