Deputy Headteacher SENDCo job summary
Due to our current Deputy Headteacher moving out of London, Comet Nursery School and Children’s Centre is now looking to appoint a dynamic, creative and innovative Deputy Headteacher to join our outstanding team.
We are looking for an outstanding Deputy Headteacher who:
• Is committed to the principals of early education
• Is passionate about the outcomes for our children and their families
• Has a deep knowledge and understanding of inclusive provision and supporting children with additional needs
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can lead, model and develop high quality teaching and learning throughout the school
and centre
• Can motivate, enthuse and inspire staff and children
• Has a commitment to the inclusive ethos and our values at Comet

Many of our families access our Children's Centre and we provide support and learning opportunities alongside a wide range of other professionals in health and education.
