The Board of Directors of St Joseph Catholic Multi Academy Trust is pleased to offer this great opportunity to appoint an ambitious Deputy Headteacher.
We believe this represents an excellent opportunity for the right person to make an outstanding contribution to the pastoral life of our school. St Chad’s is on a journey of rapid improvement, supported by experienced professionals within the St Joseph Catholic MAT. It is essential that the candidate has enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting our pupils, guiding and developing them spiritually, morally, socially and academically.
We are looking for an individual with previous experience as a deputy headteacher or assistant headteacher who possesses outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to enthuse, motivate and engage pupils and colleagues.
The successful candidate will:
- be a practising Anglican with a strong faith commitment ensuring that the teachings of Jesus Christ are at the centre of our education
- possess skills to build excellent relationships with pupils, staff, parents and the wider community
