The Directors of Christ the King Catholic Collegiate wish to appoint an inspirational and dedicated Deputy Headteacher who has the vision, energy and commitment to play a key role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding practitioner who will work alongside the Headteacher to secure the highest standards of self- evaluation and quality assurance throughout the school community.

The successful candidate must be a Catholic in good standing with the church and will demonstrate:
• A commitment to developing and celebrating the Catholic life of the Multi Academy.
• An ability to contribute to the strategic direction and development of the school.
• A proven record in successful school leadership
• A thorough understanding of innovative educational developments.
• Excellent inter-personal and effective communication skills.
• A proven record of raising standards in teaching and learning, leading to measurable whole school improvements within a consistent, caring accountable ethos.
• The skills, drive and ambition to build upon our achievements to date and help steer the school through the ever changing educational landscape.
• The passion to ensure that every child succeeds and is treated as an individual
