We are delighted to share this exceptional opportunity to join our family of schools as Deputy Headteacher. St Mary's and St Vincent's Catholic Primary Schools work as one organisation within a federated structure within the academy trust.

We are relentless in our desire to appoint exceptional teachers as leaders. The successful candidate will not only be a successful leader they must also be a brilliant classroom practitioner and retain a desire to maintain a presence in the classroom.

Many Catholic teachers work in schools that are not Catholic schools. We are excited to support teachers from all sectors to be successful in our family of schools, and would be delighted to support colleagues applying from outside the Catholic sector through a mentor. Across our family of schools we have been hugely successful in progressing staff to senior roles. Many of our Headteachers have now grown through our organisation and almost all recent appointments have been grown from within.
