Deputy Headteacher job summary
The governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational leader, who will ensure that St. Mary’s continues to be successful in providing the highest standards of a broad and balanced curriculum. We are looking for a committed and practising Catholic with a clear vision of the distinctive role of Catholic education.
The governors are looking for someone who:
• is an exemplary leader and classroom practitioner with high expectations of pupils’ achievement.
• has a track record of ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
• can support, inspire and motivate others to achieve the highest standards
• is ambitious for the school and themselves
