What the school offers its staff

St Oswald’s Primary School is a larger than average, three form entry primary school catering for children aged three to eleven years. The school amalgamated in 2016 and is situated in two separate buildings. We can offer a prospective Deputy Head a school that in our most recent inspection in June 2024 deemed us to still be a ‘Good’ school (Ofsted) and our CSI Inspection in march 2024 found us to be a ‘Good’ school in all areas.

We have happy, well-behaved children who love their school and enjoy learning. Extremely hard working, friendly staff who are dedicated to supporting development. A close working partnership between school, parents/carers, community and church and a governing body who is fully committed to continuing the development of this fantastic school.
