About the role
Staynor Hall Community Primary Academy is eager to appoint a highly motivated and visionary Deputy Headteacher who brings a proven track record of driving school improvement and a clear vision for excellence. The successful candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic leader who will actively champion our Trust values of excellence, belonging, opportunities, and respect within our nurturing environment for both pupils and staff.
We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher who will wholeheartedly support these values. Crucially, experience in Key Stage 1 is essential for this role to effectively support our current school priorities. All new starters with the Trust receive a thorough induction programme, followed by a programme of training which is targeted to the role.
