Studham Village CE Academy is seeking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Headteacher for three days a week.
This role involves supporting the Headteacher in raising
standards of academic achievement, whilst developing a cohesive school
community where children and staff flourish. This is an exciting opportunity
for an ambitious and effective school leader.
The successful candidate will:
fully committed to the Christian ethos of our school
committed to our school on its journey as part of the Diocese of St Albans
the outcomes and the welfare of the children at the heart of everything
passionate in driving standards forward in all curriculum areas
able to demonstrate evidence of excellent primary teaching practice
experience of analysing and acting upon outcomes of end of Key Stage data
a good sense of humour and excellent interpersonal skills

The post is part-class based and might involve a teaching
commitment across Years 3 and 4.
