Deputy Headteacher job summary
Studham Village CE Academy is seeking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Headteacher for three days a week.
This role involves supporting the Headteacher in raising
standards of academic achievement, whilst developing a cohesive school
community where children and staff flourish. This is an exciting opportunity
for an ambitious and effective school leader.
The successful candidate will:
- Be fully committed to the Christian ethos of our school
- Be committed to our school on its journey as part of the Diocese of St Albans Multi-Academy Trust
- Put the outcomes and the welfare of the children at the heart of everything they do
- Be passionate in driving standards forward in all curriculum areas
- Be able to demonstrate evidence of excellent primary teaching practice
- Have experience of analysing and acting upon outcomes of end of Key Stage data
- Have a good sense of humour and excellent interpersonal skills

The post is part-class based and might involve a teaching
