What skills and experience we're looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status and recognised degree or equivalent.
- NPQSL equivalent, or studying towards a higher NPQ qualification
- Proven ability to bring about improvements in the quality of teaching and learning across a curriculum area that results in improved outcomes for students.
- Experience of contributing to strategic development
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of current educational issues including national policies, priorities and legislation.
