Teaching and Learning
To take a leading role in the development and monitoring of the creative curriculum with the Headteacher
To work with the Headteacher to secure and sustain high expectation and excellent practice in teaching and learning throughout the school
To monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and support staff to further improve

A good Honours degree or Masters degree or equivelant

Pay range: Group 2 school, ISR – Leadership Spine Points 3-8
