Deputy Headteacher job summary
Deputy Headteacher (L12-L18)
The Roseland Multi-Academy Trust consists of three secondary and two primary schools. The Trust’s vision is “Where Everyone Succeeds” and we put our staff at the heart of everything we do to create a team spirit in our highly successful schools.
The Roseland Academy is a 11-16 secondary school on the beautiful Roseland peninsula in Cornwall. Students’ outcomes place our school as one of the most successful in the South West of England and we are over-subscribed in each year group as parents and students see The Roseland Academy as their first choice school.
This post is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Assistant or Deputy Headteacher to join the Headteacher and a highly motivated Leadership Team and staff, as they strive to ensure the children in their care leave the school as highly qualified, confident and articulate young adults.
If you believe you can provide outstanding leadership, which inspires and motivates others towards excellence and ensures the very best education for all our students, then we would love to hear from you. We are looking for applicants with a proven track record of teaching and learning success and with drive and ambition to motivate our staff and students.
If you are interested in this vacancy, please provide an application form for the attention of Richard Clarke, Headteacher, via epye@theroseland.co.uk.
