You will lead by example and be a source of inspiration, supporting and guiding colleagues and students. We are looking for an exceptional leader to compliment our team and, as an additional Deputy, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our ethos and culture across the school. You will lead a team of experienced Assistant Headteachers, Subject Leaders and Pastoral Leaders.
