Deputy Headteacher job summary
This is a unique opportunity to work as part of the Unity Schools Partnership team to support school improvement within our academies. We are looking to appoint an experienced senior leader who will support existing school senior leadership teams in teaching and learning, curriculum and pastoral areas. The specialist area will be variable school to school and you will be an integral part of their team achieving tangible improvement outcomes on a termly basis. You will be willing to work in any of our trust schools across, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridge and London Havering.
We are inviting candidates who have the skills and experience to build on established success and support staff, as they contribute and influence the school’s development. We want solutions-driven, proactive and highly influential and effective leaders who are committed to whole school improvement. This is an opportunity to be part of a school improvement team helping to shape the future of our academies. You will have the ability to build rapport with colleagues quickly and demonstrate credibility amongst peers through using your skills, knowledge and experience to achieve positive sustainable outcomes in a short period of time.
