What skills and experience we're looking for

Following the appointment of a new Headteacher in January 2022, we are seeking a dedicated individual and inspirational leader to join our team from September 2023. The successful person will support the Headteacher and existing Deputy Headteacher in bringing about exciting change and implementing a new vision for our school

We are looking for somebody who:

  • Has warmth, enthusiasm and a sense of humour
  • Can play a key role in bring new ideas to the school and moving things forward
  • Is an advocate for continuous improvement and making a difference
  • Is tenacious, resilient and creative when it comes to overcoming challenges

At the above events, you will be able to talk to the new Headteacher and view both of our school sites. It is an opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for the direction in which we are going.
