What skills and experience we're looking for

You will be an outstanding class teacher with specialisms in a range of subjects. We are looking for someone who:

• can deliver exciting and challenging teaching and learning experiences for our children.
• is highly motivated with proven leadership skills;
• is able to lead staff confidently, have mentoring and coaching skills and develop staff at all levels;
• has the ability to challenge and inspire staff so that all the children can be the best they can be;
• is willing to use technology, be creative and innovative, and who can support the Headteacher in making a difference to the lives of the children of Westlands Primary.
