- Qualified Teacher Status and Degree
- Senior Leadership Team Experience within a primary setting
- Teaching experience in two key states
- Clear evidence of raising standards in Year 6
- Ability to use data effectively to drive attainment
- Experience of line managing others
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence to empower the team
- Organised
- Relational
- A critical thinker
