What skills and experience we're looking for

We would like to recruit a new Deputy Headteacher to join our exciting and forward-thinking school.To be successful, you will need to demonstrate that you are an outstanding leader and teacher, who has the transferable skills to coach and mentor colleagues to consistently good or better practice. The role includes a 0.2 teaching commitment.
