What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you ready for a new leadership challenge?
We are a growing single form entry school with a school run nursery on site and situated in a village where there is a real sense of community. We are looking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who is also an excellent class teacher to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven leadership skills and make a significantly positive impact in leading and inspiring our existing staff team. We are looking for a leader who can:
- Support and drive Christian Ethos
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellent and innovative teaching with a passion for exciting and inspiring children and adults.
- Show resilience and has a growth mindset.
- Puts children at the centre of decision making and can show substantial contribution to improving their outcomes.
- Support and lead the professional development of colleagues, as well as being able to reflect upon own practices and be proactive with their own CPD.
