This is a newly created role in our central team, working closely with the Trust IT Manager and as part of the Trust ICT team to deliver an efficient, secure, and reliable digital technology environment, providing the capabilities necessary to support all the schools and staff in the trust in delivering educational excellence. This role will deputise as necessary for the IT Manager in their absence.
You might be an architect, a team leader, or a technical expert but what is most important is that you are solution-focused, able to work flexibly across our sites in Southend and South East Essex, and have the ability to both support on and lead IT projects across the Trust, working collaboratively with school-based IT teams.
You will be working at the heart of our central team and will be a key point of contact for the SEEAT central team, Headteachers, and external stakeholders so it is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills and that your personal values align with our Trust ethos. In return, we can offer flexible working in an interesting environment where no day is the same.
The post is based at The Deanes but travel to all SEEAT schools will be required so the successful postholder must have the ability to travel between all eight of our schools, ideally with a full UK driving licence.

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role. Therefore, if you are interested, please submit your application as early as possible. Interviews will be held on Thursday 18th July 2024.
