Deputy leader of English job summary

To support the Head of Faculty in providing professional leadership and management of the English Faculty including leading on the development and improving of teaching pedagogy that secures improved standards of learning and high levels of achievement for all students. To take on further negotiated responsibilities to support the faculty as a whole.
