Job summary

Due to school expansion, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational leader to lead on Teaching and Learning, including Professional Development and Curriculum Design. Exact roles and responsibilities will be agreed with the successful candidate who will have a proven track record of leadership and the ability to create and deliver strategy, alongside strong values, administrative ability and professional ambition.

Qualified Teacher Status

Essential skills and experience

Successful experience as a middle leader.
Teaching experience within the designated age range.
Strategic planning processes, tools and techniques.
Design, develop and deliver the curriculum.
Demonstrate equality and diversity in teaching and learning.
Anticipate, lead and manage change.
Use research to support and challenge practice.
