Deputy Principal job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, inspirational and highly motivated Deputy Principal at Oasis Academy New Oak from 01 September 2021.

As Deputy Principal, you will need to be able to demonstrate leadership and alignment with the Academy values and beliefs, ensuring that the culture of the Academy is embedded and reflected in everyday practice.

New Oak has 218 children aged 4–11, a dedicated staff, motivated pupils and supportive parents. Students flourish in the nurturing culture at OA New Oak which embraces inclusivity and values everyone for their individuality. Provision for pupils who have high-level special educational needs is strong – there are two specialist resource bases, one for children with autism and one for deaf learners.
