Our Lady Immaculate Catholic Academies Trust is a large new Catholic Multi Academy Trust situated in the northern half of the Catholic Diocese of Northampton formed by the merger of three former Catholic Trusts in February 2020. The Directors of this successful and up and coming Catholic School wishes to appoint a confident and dynamic Pastoral Support Officer. This role is to support the Assistant Headteacher and Heads of Year in providing an effective and inclusive pastoral support across all year groups providing early intervention, support, and guidance to improve behaviour, attendance, progression rates and learning outcomes for pupils.

All staff uphold the core values and Catholic ethos of the school. All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS clearance in line with our Safer Recruitment Policy
