What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will have high expectations and experience of working within a professional environment. They will also be able to easily demonstrate excellent financial skills along with evidence of effective financial management, leading teams, health and safety leadership, compliance and administration, business and human resources management, compliance and administration as well as exemplary communication skills. It is desirable for the applicant to have financial management related qualification/s.

What the school offers its staff

The Governors of Lent Rise School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work closely alongside the School Business Manager and Leadership team to take the school to the next stage of development.The successful candidate will deputise for the current School Business Manager when required - leading on key areas, managing the site health and safety day to day and assuming line management responsibilities as required. The successful candidate will be based at Lent Rise School and be required to work at more than one school within a ten mile commutable distance.
