Deputy SENDCO job summary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, creative and ideas driven Deputy SENDCO to work in our Secondary
school.

We are looking for a SENDCO to join our fantastic team at Heron Hall Academy. Your work will be challenging and
rewarding in equal measure, and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where
pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

Previous experience of working as a
SENDCO is essential, plus excellent teaching skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are
just as important. The position is full-time SENDCO, you need to be flexible and adjust to the needs of the children, their
families, and the school.
