Deputy Site Manager job summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, hardworking and reliable Deputy Site Manager to join our newly appointed Senior Site Manager. The school site is open between 8.00am and 6.15pm, Monday to Friday, with the role either starting at 8.00am or 10.15am on a rota basis with the Senior Site Manager.

You can expect every day to be varied and busy as you support our staff and pupils by providing a safe, secure and well-maintained school environment.

Team working is an essential skill in this role as well as being able to demonstrate your ability to work independently with the direction of the Senior Site Manager and in line with the School’s vision. A good communicator, you’ll have skills to ensure the maintenance, upkeep and development of the school buildings and its infrastructure to required compliancy and cleanliness standards.

You will have a strong enthusiasm to work in a school environment and will have relevant experience including basic DIY skills.
