Deputy Sports Centre Manager job summary
Tomlinscote Sports Centre provides a range of sport and leisure facilities for the community of Frimley and surrounding areas. These include a sports hall, gym, fitness room, 3g football pitch, a range of classes and also birthday parties.
We are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to support the running of the centre. The role will be challenging and varied, but primarily will include managing a team of staff to provide an excellent service for our members and other users of the centre.
The Sports Centre is open every evening and all day at weekends and you will be required to work a variety of shifts according to a pre-planned rota, including at least two weekend days per month.
The ideal candidate for this role with have strong interest in providing sport and leisure services, be able to demonstrate their ability to manage a team and be committed to excellent customer service.
