We seek to appoint anon-teaching Deputy Year Leaderwho will provide support to the Year Leader in their professional leadership and management of the year team and student cohort.The successful candidate will be required to support the Year Leader in managing, leading and developing systems and procedures to secure improved standards of achievement, behaviour and personal development for all pupils in the year group.
