Design Technology Teacher job summary

Are you a dedicated and passionate educator with an expertise in Design Technology? We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join our friendly staff team. You may be newly qualified or have years of experience and looking for a leadership role – we can accommodate either!

As a Teacher of DT, you will play a vital role in nurturing pupils’ creativity and technical skills across our technology department. We are looking for someone who is:

  • committed to delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire pupils
  • has an expertise in DT/FT
  • a strong team player who forms excellent relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
  • a strong communicator and has good interpersonal skills
  • willing to support the ethos of our school

We can offer a great working space with a large, well equipped DT room and a recently refurbished Food Technology kitchen.
