All about Normanby, Design & Technology Department
Outwood Academy Normanby, Middlesbrough has a fantastic opportunity for a Design & Technology Teacher (Part Time 0.6 – 0.8 FTE considered depending on requirements of candidate). We are looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to join our Design & Technology department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who really wants to make a difference to the lives of young people.Our single goal is ‘Students First’ and you will be joining a strong team of professionals working to this sole aim.
Ourdepartment comprisesDesign Technology, Hospitality & Catering and Computer Science. The team currently consists offour passionate teachers each with their own areas of expertise and experience. We are also supported bya specialist technology and art technician. We work collaborativelyas a team to ensure our students get the best of specialist teaching across the range of subjects whilst also ensuring that all of our teachers have a network of open, supportive andfriendly peers to rely on.
The right candidate will be able to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘Students First: Raising Standards and Transforming Lives’.
