Wildern School is a large over-subscribed secondary school in Hedge End, Southampton that believes every student matters and every moment counts. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Design & Technology teacher. All specialisms considered, and an ability to teach Food would be welcomed. You must have Qualified Teacher Status in the UK, or an equivalent overseas qualification with UK teaching experience. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (NQTs) alike. Applications from Early Career Teachers (NQTs) due to qualify summer 2022 are welcomed and an excellent ECT (NQT) package would be available if appropriate.

• Dedicated CAD/CAM ICT suite

• Multiple laser cutters in the department and 3D printers in every classroom

• Dedicated technician support (Mon-Fri)

• Well funded department with excellent facilities/equipment
