Designated Safeguarding Lead Administrator job summary

We are seeking to appoint a Designated Safeguarding Lead Administrator to assist the Deputy Headteachers, Designated and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads in our school. Our school population requires high levels of support from social care and a wide range of multi-disciplinary partners. This role will involve triaging and escalating each individual case as necessary and will involve high levels of multi-disciplinary work and correspondence.

You will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work flexibly and cooperatively in a team context. Appropriate and accurate use of English in written and oral communications, good organisational skills are also required. A commitment to working in a multicultural setting and with students from diverse backgrounds is essential.
