Grantham Additional Needs Fellowship (GANF) is an ‘all-needs specialist school’ catering for over 250 pupils aged 4-19 years with a range of different needs and abilities, and all pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The school was legally formed on 1stJanuary 2024 following the merger of Ambergate Sports College and The Grantham Sandon School, two schools that were judged to be ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted prior to the merger (Ambergate campus March 2023 and Sandon campus April 2023). Our two sites are currently known as ‘Ambergate Campus’ which is situated towards the west side of Grantham town, and ‘Sandon Campus’ which is to the East.

We are looking to appoint an accomplished, inspiring leader to join our hard-working, friendly team at our outstanding Special School. You will need to take lead responsibility for safeguarding and child protection across both campus'. You must be passionate about working with SEND pupils, helping motivate and prepare them for their future.
