Leeds Diocesan Learning Trust currently comprises seven Church of England primary schools across Ripon and Skipton in North Yorkshire. Established in 2022, we exist to support and enhance the provision of quality education for church and community schools across the Diocese of Leeds. The Trust’s vision is rooted in our Church of England foundation, and we encourage children, staff and governors to ‘love, live and learn together’. Committed to inclusion, LDLT is building an organisation where children, families and staff will work together in a learning environment that celebrates diversity and supports the flourishing of all. As a young, optimistic and ambitious Church Trust, we have firm plans for growth, including the development of a third geographic cluster of Church primary schools in Leeds in 2023/24 academic year, which will grow the Trust to 14 schools. We believe that our strong emphasis on collaborative working is particularly attractive, and our vision is that we will grow to more than 20 academies in the next two or three years.
