This role would suit either an experienced Head of Year or Middle Leader looking for their first leadership role or a current Senior Leader with pastoral experience.

New Rickstones Academy is graded 'Good' (May 2018) and has a state of the art building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff. We have a committed and ambitious team and have been very successful at developing teachers and leaders with progression both within and beyond the academy. This role will be pivotal in securing our current culture and excellent behaviour as we grow in size
