Director of Drama job summary

Harris Academy Morden is seeking to appoint an inspirational and passionate experienced qualified teacher as Director of Drama.

Your opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to expand and create a significant Drama Programme at a time that many schools are cutting performing arts provision.

We are looking for an inspirational Lead Teacher of Drama to be responsible for all elements of Drama in curriculum and to work alongside the existing performing arts department to deliver exceptional learning.

Our aim is to utilize the significant funding we receive for Music and Arts education.

If you are inspirational, wish to manage a large Arts budget and want to bring Drama to as many students as possible, then this could be a challenge you are looking for!

Experience is good, but we are happy to help you develop into aLeader in your field through our Harris Morden and Harris Federation leadership programmes.
