About You
You are a visionary and driven educational leader with:
• Proven success as a Headteacher, Executive Head or equivalent in secondary education
• A strong track record of improving outcomes in diverse contexts
• Expert knowledge of curriculum, data, SEND, and inclusive education
• Inspiring communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• A deep commitment to educational equity and student wellbeing
You will also be passionate about building leadership capacity, developing others, and contributing at Executive and Board level.
