Vacancy Details

The White Horse Federation are seeking to appoint an inspirational Director of Education to join the Trust.

This is a pivotal and very senior role that will work closely with the CEO, COO and other Education Director to lead the Trust. In addition, the role will work closely with Professional Services, the wider Education Team, Headteachers and their teams, particularly in secondary settings, to secure improvement, high expectation and standards. This is an exciting time to join the team to do important work that inspires lives of colleagues and children across the Trust.

This role is primarily focused on driving up standards, particularly attainment, progress and attendance of all students in secondary settings across the Trust. The role will also seek to raise standards at Post-16 and Special settings in the Trust. The role is one of two Education Directors, with the other focused on Primary. Both roles also have a 2-19 influence as well as supporting the improvement of the Trust as a whole

  • Track record of demonstrable success as a Headteacher.
  • Relevant Qualifications.
  • Experience of working in an Executive Role.
