What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have:
- a proven track record of securing the best student outcomes
- successful English teaching experience across all key stages
- middle leadership experience within a successful English department
- high aspirations for their professional development with their sights on becominga Vice Principal or a Principal
- a vision to build upon on the fantastic improvements secured by our current post holder, who retires at the end of the academic year
