The successful candidate will have:

  • a proven track record of securing the best student outcomes
  • successful English teaching experience across all key stages
  • middle leadership experience within a successful English department
  • high aspirations for their professional development with their sights on becominga Vice Principal or a Principal
  • a vision to build upon on the fantastic improvements secured by our current post holder, who retires at the end of the academic year
