About the role:
We have an opportunity to recruit a high-quality English specialist graduate to the
role of Director of English. With opportunities to teach English Language and Literature
across Key Stages 3 – 5.
The successful candidate will have:
- a proven track record of securing the best student outcomes for all
- successful English teaching experience across all key stages
- middle leadership experience within a successful English department
- high aspirations for their professional development with their sights on becominga Vice Principal or a Principal
